1. How do I order from SCENE?
Simply explore our collection, choose your preferred pieces, select your size, and complete your checkout. We offer Cash on Delivery as well as available online payment methods.
2. Do you deliver outside Egypt?
At the moment, SCENE delivers within Egypt only. International shipping will be announced once available.
3. What is the delivery timeframe?
Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a WhatsApp message once your order is shipped and out for delivery.
4. Are returns or exchanges allowed?
Yes, exchanges and returns are available according to our policy. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition.
5. How can I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed Size Guide to help you find your ideal fit.
6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us via Instagram DM with a clear photo of the issue. Our team will arrange the pickup and process your exchange with no additional delivery fees.
7. Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible via email or Instagram DM.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation must be coordinated directly with the courier.
8. Can I order multiple items and return one upon delivery?
This service is available inside Cairo in selected areas only. It is not available outside Cairo.
